Refund Policy

All our products and services are guaranteed to be delivered .

SAMA Management Consultancy is offering many services and some of it is non-tangible irrevocable services  , if your order is completed and the product is sent  we do not issue refunds . You are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our website.

We accept your requests for the refund in the following reasons :

  • If you did not receive the product due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case we recommend contacting us . Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 24 hour from the order placing date. Otherwise the product will be considered received ;

  • If we send electronic file and you can not download or unzip files ,you must contact us within 5 days ,if not , your request may result in a refund decline;

  • If any deficiency is approved within 5 days from the date of purchase ,we will replace the product ,if we can not replace the product the refund will be issued to the customer in full.

  • Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.

  • SAMA insure that all our products and services are guaranteed to be delivered ,considerations will be taken in favorite of our customers  .

Requests for a refund are accepted within the period of 5 days after the order is placed. You should accompany your request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund.

Any exceptional cases will be considered.
